We snapped these pics while we were out exploring in Lake Tahoe this September! It was SO NICE to be out in some cooler temps in the middle of a rustic forest, and have it actually feel like “fall”. I wore a cozy fall sweater + jeans for a day of exploring off-road trails.
One of the biggest negatives of living in San Diego (in my opinion) is that we don’t have four seasons. I miss fall y’all!!
I love that cozy fall feeling when the temperatures start to drop, the air is crisp, you can smell the leaves (it’s a thing, trust me), and you’re holding a cup of hot coffee (a pumpkin spice roast, obvi). It’s really one of the best feelings in the world.
This will likely be our last fall while living in San Diego — I doubt next year we’ll live in an area that experiences a true fall but SOMEDAY we’ll live in a place that sees the leaves turn orange and red.
The jeans I’m wearing here are AG Jeans. I’d heard about these jeans for years because they have a really strong fan base. They’re of AMAZING quality, but they are a bit expensive to purchase full price.
I snagged the ones I’m wearing from Nordstrom Rack! I swear Nordstrom Rack is the most underrated store of all time. It is honestly insane how good the deals are there and everything is REALLY good quality. I’ve noticed the the physical Nordstrom Rack stores differ in what kind of merchandise is carried. For instance, the Nordstrom Rack near Fashion Valley (more downtown) in San Diego has legit designers, whereas the Nordstrom Rack in Chula Vista (more suburbs) doesn’t have quite as high end goods. If you don’t have a physical store near you, Nordstromrack.com is ALWAYS open.
Also wearing the iconic, classic, never-out-of-style Doc Marten boots ♥️They go with so much and can be worn during any time of the year (but especially during the fall and winter).
Thank y’all so much for reading!!! It means the world.
