Small Town Living

patriotic outfit

Michael and I drove up to Ohio last weekend to spend some much needed time with family. After living in Mississippi and Virginia it feels so different to be back in my small town. Growing up here I took so much of it for granted. All the roads here are so quiet and there’s literally no traffic. After all the craziness of house hunting in California and general busyness of Virginia Beach it’s been such a treat to cruise around in our jeep on the backroads around here.

I’m sharing some snapshots of our past few days here below 🙂

paint horse^^My sweet horse Cayuse!! She looks sad here because I had just pulled her away from the grass she was eating so I could get this picture. She wasn’t happy.

Amazing pictures. I totally know what you mean, I grew up in a small town, too and totally enjoy coming home once in a while.

Yeah!! It’s the best feeling. Although growing up here I thought it was incredibly boring haha!

Looks like a pretty good way to spend the Fourth! There’s nothing quite like small-town life. After living in a small town for college, I often would love to go back!
